I really don’t care to even read this story I just thought it was ironic. Plus I’m thin and can eat whatever I want and still couldn’t put on weight if I wanted to.
I’m so tired of all these ’successful’ weight loss programs out there and the reality tv shows. When it comes right down to it there’s not one ‘magic’ system that fits everyone. If you want to lose weight..well stop going to freaking McDonalds or drinking 10 gallons of soda everyday. Maybe instead of buying that Mac & Cheese that you microwave or the 10 for 10 Banquet TV Dinners special at the supermarket buy some fresh vegetables or fruit. You are what you eat and if you can’t really control that then you are going to be overweight. And no you can’t have a bite of my cherry pie..its MINE!
