Times must be tough for Charles Barkley when he gets popped for a DUI after hanging out with Urkel.

TMZ is reporting that Charles Barkley was arrested for DUI in Arizona after a long night of partying at the Dirty Pretty Rock Bar. But I guess times are really tough if you can afford a 2100 bar tab.
